My practice is a transactional practice, representing individuals and closely held corporations in residential real estate transactions, estate planning and administration and closely held corporation business matters. My practice is concentrated in the representation of individuals in residential real estate transactions, through Chicagoland, including the north, northwest, west and south suburbs. Over the course of the last fifteen years, I have closed literally thousands of transactions.

When you call my office, you deal with me directly, not my secretary, receptionist, paralegal or answering service. I take personal responsibility for your transaction, including:

• Personal review of your real estate contract - immediately upon receipt of same - and recommendations regarding any suggested contract modifications.
• Personally addressing any questions you have regarding your transaction.
• Preparing all required closing documents, and ordering all required closing materials (such as payoff letters, survey, title commitment and routine title clearance matters).

I am an attorney agent for Professional National Title Network, Inc. and First American Title Insurance Company, with the ability to close your transaction at a location, date and time convenient for you.
